Delete your account

You can delete your Selfiecast account and its data at any time, in the Selfiecast app or by email. Selfiecast is made by Zefeng Chen.

In the app

• Android: open Settings, tap Account, then Delete account and data.
• iPhone: open Settings, then tap Delete account and data.

It happens right away and also clears what the app stored on your phone.

Without the app

Email hello@selfiecast.com and tell us the email address you signed in with (Google, Apple or email). We delete the account within 3 business days and reply when it’s done. If you never signed in, use Delete account and data in the app: without a sign-in we can’t tell which account is yours.

What is deleted

Your account and its sign-ins, your selfies, results and their links, answers, reports, credits and share-link rewards. A plan bought on the website is canceled.

What we keep

Purchase records (pack, amount, date), which we need for our accounts, and usage counts that no longer link to you.

A plan bought in the app is billed by Apple or Google Play. Deleting your account doesn’t stop it: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
