It doesn’t look like me

Email us with the result’s link (in the iPhone app, tap ••• on the result, then Not you? Get help, and the email is filled in for you). We give the credits back. On the website you can also ask for a refund of the purchase: see Refunds.

A look failed

Its credits come back automatically and you can try again.

Credits

A picture uses 1 credit and a video uses 10; each look shows its price before you start. Credits don’t expire while the site runs. Credits bought on the website stay with your browser; credits bought in the iPhone app stay with the app.

In the iPhone app

• Refunds: Apple processes payments in the app, so Apple refunds the money. Open Settings in the app and tap Request a refund.
• Delete account and data: in the app’s Settings. It deletes your account, photos, answers, result links, reports and credits from our servers right away, and everything the app stored on your iPhone.
• Report a result: tap ••• on the result, then Report this result. The report comes to us with the result’s link.
• The app is for people 18 and over.

Your photos

Photos are deleted automatically 7 days after upload. To delete them sooner, email us (see Privacy).
