Refunds

If a video doesn't look like you, or something went wrong, email hello@selfiecast.com or reply to your receipt within 14 days. We refund the purchase. No forms, no questions about why.

If generation fails on our side, your credit is returned automatically and you can try again.

Payments are processed by Creem and appear on your statement as Selfiecast. Creem issues the refund to your original payment method; it usually appears in 5–10 business days.
